About Fresh Meals For Little People

Fresh Meals for Little People was born from my journey as a mum of three, and a deep passion for nourishing children and supporting families to eat well, mindfully, and with intention.

What began over a decade ago in my own kitchen—wanting to feed my children the very best quality food—naturally grew into something more. Over the years, I’ve run children’s cooking classes from my home, teaching little hands how to prepare simple, wholesome meals from scratch and build a positive relationship with food.

At the heart of Fresh Meals for Little People is the belief that real food matters. From my Ramadan Suhoor gift boxes—filled with nourishing date balls, almond and pecan cookies, and homemade turmeric granola rich in fibre and made with fresh, thoughtfully sourced ingredients—everything I create is rooted in care, nourishment, and purpose.

Last year, I became a children’s author with the release of my Ramadan Surprise series. Today, I’m excited to be releasing my new book, The Sweetest Ramadan Garden, which celebrates planting seeds, making things from scratch, and connecting children to food, faith, and creativity. Like my first book, it includes simple, family-friendly recipes to enjoy together.

Everything you’ll find here is created with love and intention, with the hope of inspiring families to slow down, nourish their bodies, and create meaningful moments together.
